Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Naout LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates HANDLE MORE (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we actually collect, why we process it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have. We only describe practices that HANDLE MORE genuinely uses.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account information: your email address and authentication data managed by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic sign-in confirmation from Google — we do not receive your Google password. You may also add an optional display name and a language preference.
- Content you create in the App: your 90-day chapters and start dates, habits and stop-doing behaviours, daily check-ins and habit results, discipline scores, training type and minutes, your daily win, lesson and optional gratitude note, one-off missions, and your weekly and 30/60/90-day review answers.
- Notification data: if you enable reminders, we store your reminder times, your device time zone, a browser push subscription (endpoint and encryption keys), a device identifier we generate, your browser/device user-agent string, and delivery results so we can send reminders and diagnose failures.
- Purchase and access information: your plan, subscription and access status, the end date of your paid access period, and the details we receive from Paddle (customer, subscription and transaction references, purchase email, amount, currency and payment status), where applicable. A small number of legacy accounts also carry a Lifetime Access record. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Support messages: if you contact us through the in-app support form or by email, we store your email address, the category you selected and the message you wrote so we can answer you.
- Technical data: limited server and error logs generated while operating the service, and the browser/device information described above. Our first-party analytics (below) continues to operate. We also use Meta advertising measurement: (a) Meta Pixel — on our production website only, and, where consent is required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), only after you accept advertising cookies. It sends Meta standard browser events (PageView, ViewContent when the result or pricing screen is reached, CompleteRegistration after an account is created, and InitiateCheckout with the selected plan, price and currency) together with the information Meta's script collects from your browser, such as page URL, browser/device information, IP address as seen by Meta, and Meta cookies. We do not enable Meta's automatic advanced matching and do not send purchases from the browser. (b) Meta Conversions API — from our server, only for verified, successful live subscription purchases confirmed by Paddle, we send Meta a Purchase event containing the Paddle transaction reference, purchase time, amount and currency, the page it relates to, and a SHA-256 hashed version of your email address and of your HANDLE MORE account ID. We never send your raw email or account ID. We use this for advertising attribution and conversion measurement. We do not use Google Analytics.
- First-party analytics: we use our own first-party analytics to understand how the website, the /start funnel and the product are used. This may include: an anonymous, randomly generated visitor identifier; a session identifier; first-touch and latest traffic attribution (source, medium, campaign, creative/content and term parameters from the link you arrived through, and the referring website's domain); your country code only (derived by our hosting network, not precise location); a rough device category (mobile, tablet or desktop), browser family and operating system family; funnel and product interaction events (for example page views, funnel steps reached, results and pricing viewed, plan selected, signup started, account created and checkout started); the page path; and timestamps. We do not store your IP address or precise location in this analytics system and we do not use device fingerprinting. If you later create an account, this anonymous analytics record may be associated with your account so we can understand signup and purchase conversion, and verified payment and subscription records from Paddle may be connected to this attribution to measure conversion and revenue. Traffic from our own owner and test accounts, test/demo modes and development or preview environments is excluded where applicable.
3. Why We Process Your Information
We process this information to:
- Create and secure your account and sign you in;
- Provide the core product: your habits, check-ins, scores, missions and reviews, and keep them in sync across your devices;
- Send the reminders and notifications you have enabled, at the times you chose, and diagnose delivery problems;
- Confirm your payments and grant, maintain and renew your subscription-based access;
- Respond to your support, refund and privacy requests;
- Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix errors;
- Measure, in aggregate, how the website, funnel and product perform, including which traffic sources lead to signups and verified purchases (first-party analytics);
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you (providing the App and your purchase), your consent (push notifications), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement, and aggregate first-party analytics of product, funnel and business performance; server-side conversion measurement of verified purchases with Meta outside regions where consent is required) and your consent where required (Meta Pixel advertising cookies) and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
4. Local and Offline Storage on Your Device
HANDLE MORE works offline. To do this, your browser stores a copy of your recent HANDLE MORE data and any pending changes locally on your device (using IndexedDB, local storage and a service worker cache), together with your language preference, your sign-in session and a note that the app has been installed. This data stays on your device and is synced to your account when you are online again. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes this local copy.
5. Service Providers
We use a small number of processors, and only those listed here:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, authentication, database and server functions for the App.
- Paddle.com Market Limited — Merchant of Record for purchases: payment processing, tax, invoicing, refunds and billing support. Paddle receives only what is necessary to complete and support your transaction.
- Meta Platforms — advertising and measurement provider (Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API), as described in section 2.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Email delivery provider — used by Lovable Cloud to send account emails (such as confirmation and password reset) and to deliver your support messages to us.
- Browser push services — if you enable reminders, your browser vendor's push service (for example Apple or Google) delivers the encrypted notification to your device.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Data Storage, Transfers and Security
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers are covered by the safeguards used by those providers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use local storage and cookies for what the App needs to work: your sign-in session, your language preference, offline data and install state. For our first-party analytics, we store an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser's local storage and in a first-party cookie named “hm_vid” (kept for up to about 13 months), plus a short-lived session identifier in session storage that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. These are set only by HANDLE MORE on our own domain. On our production website, the Meta Pixel may also set Meta advertising cookies (such as “_fbp”) for ad measurement; where consent is required, it loads only after you choose Accept in the cookie prompt, and your choice is remembered in local storage. We do not use Google Analytics.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent (for example by turning off notifications), and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, including deletion of your account and associated data, email us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law: support@handlemore.app
9. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can request deletion of your account and your HANDLE MORE data at any time by emailing support@handlemore.app from the address associated with your account. We will delete your account, habits, check-ins, reviews, missions, reminder data and support history, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (for example purchase records held for accounting purposes). Deleting your account ends your access to the App, including any active paid access.
10. Data Retention
We keep your account and content data for as long as your account exists. Support messages are kept while needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Purchase records are retained as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Push subscriptions are removed when you disable reminders, sign out or the device becomes invalid.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App or communicated to you by email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable privacy law.
