1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HANDLE MORE (“the App”), a web and progressive web application owned and operated by Naout LLC (“Naout LLC”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). Naout LLC is the operator of HANDLE MORE. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HANDLE MORE is a digital discipline, habit, performance, and 90-day progress tracking system. The App allows you to set daily habits, complete daily check-ins, record training, wins, lessons and gratitude, track one-off missions, view analytics, and complete weekly and milestone reviews. All features are delivered digitally through a web browser or an installed progressive web app (PWA).

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

4. Pricing, Payments and Merchant of Record

HANDLE MORE is offered as a one-time purchase of $19.99 USD for Lifetime Access. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, calculation and collection of applicable taxes, invoicing, returns and refund processing, and Paddle-related buyer support. Your order is also subject to Paddle's own buyer terms at the time of purchase.

5. What “Lifetime Access” Means

“Lifetime Access” means that your one-time payment gives you access to HANDLE MORE, including updates we make generally available, for as long as HANDLE MORE continues to be made available and operated by Naout LLC, without any further subscription or recurring fee. It is not a promise that the service will exist indefinitely. If we ever decide to discontinue HANDLE MORE, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the App and provide a way to export or retrieve your data where technically feasible.

6. Licence and Personal Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access to the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other materials in the App are owned by Naout LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written consent, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. The habits, entries, reviews and notes you create remain yours.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the App, please do not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems;
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that burdens our infrastructure;
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or access;
• Interfere with other users' use of the App.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where required by law, and we will normally contact you first unless doing so is not possible or appropriate. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@handlemore.app. Statutory rights relating to purchases you have already made are not affected.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HANDLE MORE is a self-improvement and tracking tool. It is not a medical, mental health, or professional coaching service, and we do not guarantee any particular result. We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naout LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.

12. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings under the law of your country of residence where applicable law provides for this.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
